This week was the same as the others – working. However, this weekend me and my friends travelled to Phuket, Thailand to have a much needed vacation. This has been a week I have been waiting on for most of my time abroad. This weekend I had the pleasure of travelling to Hong Kong with my father for the Hong Kong Sevens Rugby tournament. One of the staples of Hong Kong, this event never fails to disappoint. I travelled to Hong Kong on Thursday night and had a nice catchup dinner with my dad before heading to bed. Another day another dollar (joking we are unpaid). Work takes up most of the week, but luckily enough I work remote on Monday and Tuesday which gives me some time to relax and explore the city. Two weeks have now passed in Singapore and I feel like I am becoming much more used to the city. I love how clean and convenient it is to get around. Singapore is very safe which makes me feel comfortable walking around the city at all hours. I enjoy taking a walk around the vibrant Orchard Road at night as a way to decompress after a day of work.
