This week in Singapore I had a more relaxed week at work. Since Wednesday was a public holiday, I was able to celebrate Tuesday night with my friends. We were able to go out to a nightclub called Marquee and see a really cool DJ.
We ended up doing the exact same thing on Friday night, as another famous DJ named Tiesto was performing at Marquee again. While it may seem like a repetitive week, I had an amazing time. Tiesto has made some of my favorite dance/EDM songs, so it was incredible to see him perform live. The tickets online were very expensive, but thankfully we were able to wait in line for $20 student tickets.
On Saturday, my friend and I went to a bar where we met 2 people from Britain. We ended up befriending them and playing pool with them all night. It was a great experience and showed me the importance of meeting people from all over the world!
