This past week I finally went to Paddy’s Markets! It’s a super big marketplace that has so many stalls with everything you could ever think of. From fresh produce to keychains, there are shoes, leather products, an assortment of souvenirs and even more. It is a maze in there and there is so much to see and look at. It can be very overwhelming at times, but the prices are really nice and it is a great place to buy souvenirs for family and friends. I got a boomerang for my brother and some kangaroo jerky for my friends to try. I will definitely go back and get more!
The Friday before we left for Melbourne, Lexi and I woke up early to go see the sunrise at Bondi Beach. I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to see it since it was cloudy on our way, the sunrise was just as beautiful as I imagined it would be. The weather was perfect and you could see surfers already in the water.
To end the week, we had a trip to Melbourne! It was a different vibe than that of Sydney, and the location of where we were staying was amazing. It really did feel like we were on vacation, with delicious food and fun attractions to see! The Great Ocean Road trip was long and tiring, but worth all of the beautiful scenery we got to witness.
