With the finals in week four behind me, week five began with a new set of classes. The classes I would be taking this semester would be Business Law and Federal Income Tax. Monday, the first day of class, happened to fall on Super Bowl Sunday in the United States so me and my friends all gathered to watch the game at a local establishment before heading off to class. I was very interested to take both of these classes and I feel like I have always had a passion for law and taxes. As the week went on, I knew this would be a fun-filled semester of classes.
Asides from class, I enjoyed spending time at Bondi Beach as usual. Having Fridays off from class really helped relieve stress as it allowed for us to relax and explore. During one of the nights my friends and I checked out an establishment called IVY, which proved to be a lot of fun(pictured below). On Saturday morning, the whole program took a trip up north to some winery’s to learn how wine is crafted. Thanks to a generous alumni we also got to taste some of this amazing wine. This is an experience I will never forget and it has sparked my interest in different types of wine.
