This weekend, we went on a trip to Bintan Island in Indonesia. It was a great tropical resort reminiscent of the few times I’ve been to the Caribbean. Almost everyone on the trip including myself spent a lot of time in the pool and the resorts swim-up bar.
On the second day, I got a massage for the first time in my entire life. It was incredible, especially since I chose to do it with hot rocks. It may have been one of the first moments in my entire life where I genuinely felt calm, a big achievement considering the usual state of my ADHD addled brain. It was also very nice here since everything was extremely inexpensive. For reference, a single US dollar is 16,000 Indonesian Rupiahs!
That night, we went to a stunning seafood restaraunt on the water! It was a great way to end off such a relaxing weekend.
