G’day folks! This is our second to last week taking courses here in Australia before headed to spring break! A few of my friends and I decided to venture out of the city and head to Port Stephens, a beachy town about two hours north of us. We rented a house close to the beach and spent countless hours bodysurfing and swimming in the water, and even saw a pod of dolphin about ten feet away from us catching waves! This beach was absolutely incredible as it seemed like it was half desert and half tropical. We even saw camel rides available for us to do! This was a much needed vacation as I am not a city guy by any means! Apart from traveling, my friends and I are getting quite sad about leaving Australia, it doesn’t help we have to study for finals at the same time… The courses are super interesting and the professors are able to make the three and a half hours fun for us! In my little time left here I want to visit the beaches as much as possible as I can’t imagine I will do much tanning in Singapore! I will keep everyone posted into my finals weeks here! G’night!
