Week 4!
During week number 4 here we spent more of our time in Sydney. This week was pretty busy as many of us for finishing up our courses and preparing for our finals. Monday morning we got back to Sydney very early so I took the morning to unpack and prepare for the week.
Wednesday I had a final during class for my Global Management course. It was a lot of writing but not terrible. Our professor then took us out to dinner at a Malaysian restaurant to celebrate the end of the class here. For some of my other schoolwork I finished an essay for my Australian Life and Culture about the Stolen Generations and what actions Australia has taken since then. It was interesting to learn more and do some research on my own outside of what we learned in class.
For more of the fun stuff this week, Thursday during the day I headed over to Bronte beach to sit out in the sun for a little bit. It was kind of cold and not the nicest but it was nice to relax and read on the beach for some time. That night I went out to dinner with some friends to celebrate the last day of classes for this term. We went to a restuarant called Bills in Surry Hills, which was a new spot for me. The dinner was great and it was so much fun to treat myself to a nice meal after a long week.

For the weekend, I went to a show on Saturday night with a few of my friends, some on this program and some we have met since being here in Sydney. Before this we headed back to the restaurant we went to on the first night we were here called Blackbird Cafe. I got some tacos here before leaving for the show. Then on Sunday I wanted to go for a long walk. I started at starbucks for some breakfast then walked all the way to the Opera House along the water with 2 friends. It was super relaxing to walk over then sit in the Botanical Gardens and look out in the harbor.

Overall a great 4th week and I am so sad we are already half way through our time here in Sydney. I love it so much and am going to be so sad leaving.
