This week was our final week in Sydney. I am sad to leave but excited for what the next half of the semester and spring break has to offer. I didn’t do much this week because I had both my finals this week and also spent a good bit of time packing all of my stuff and getting ready to leave the Goldsborough hotel. I think my finals went well. Both were take-home exams which made things a bit easier given the fact that I could take them whenever I wanted after they opened.
Aside from school and packing, my roommates and I went to the second largest imax theatre in the world down the street to see Dune 2. The theatre was sold out, and the movie and our seats were great. It was awesome to watch a movie on a screen as big as the one in there. I’m glad I got to see something enjoyable in that theatre before the end of the trip.

On Tuesday, I went to the final trivia night with my business law professor which sadly did not result in our first win. As the flight to Cairns approached, myself and the rest of the students on the trip enjoyed the rest of our time in Sydney by revisiting some of our favorite beaches, restaurants, and bars. On Wednesday, a few of us celebrated my roommates 21st birthday which was a blast. The flight to Cairns went well and as much as I am going to miss Sydney and the Goldsborough, I think the upcoming week in this city will be just as exciting.
