This week was spent sharing my favorite found places with my friends. We started off at my favorite beach, Camp cove. We left our apartment pretty earlier to be able to spend our entire day at the beach. We swam all day because the water was so beautiful and clear. One of my favorite things about this beach is that it has a really cute cafe on the sand where you can grab a sandwich or salad. So thats what we did we had breakfast at the beach and it was the best time ever. When it was time to go home my roommates and I decided to have a fancy dinner. So we got home and got ready and went to dinner in front of Darling Harbour.

The next day was one of our friend’s 21st! So we asked what he wanted to do and he wanted to find some speakeasies around the city. So thats exactly what we did! We found this really hidden bar / restaurant and it was so cool. Their menu said that the theme was 1920s prohibition and all the waitresses were wearing flapper dresses. It was quite expensive but we just decided to get one drink and hit the next spot. While we were waiting we met one of the bartenders and he was our age and was so cool! He gave us a piece of paper and wrote down all of his recommendations. It was so sweet! We became friends with him and he joined our speakeasy hunt.

The next couple days we found that our hunt was really fun so we decided to find new places we haven’t been to. We found ourselves in a place called Rambling Rascals, it was the most interesting place I’ve ever been to. It had live music which was in my opinion very different it sounded like British rap. The Band was really cool and the vibes were very interesting too. But we were around friends so it made a lot better. We then moved to another place that was cool but nothing compares to my favorite jazz club that I haven’t been to this week. I defiently like the places I found but not as much as the jazz club.

And to Finish the week I had a me day and decided to go for a walk. I wanted to go to the opera house and recreate the scene in “Anyone but You”.lol. I wanted to walk around the city too because it was such a beautiful day and I wanted to get out of the apartment where I was doing homework all day and enjoy the sun. I walked 7 miles that day because I walked all around town hall all the way around the opera house and all the way back from Circular Quay to Pyrmont. It was such a nice time to enjoy the city by myself.
